mixed feelings about the stay
slow servicemissing items
I was quite frustrated. the room service was very slow . I waited over an hour for a simple sandwich. the minibar was not properly stocked , and several items listed on the menu were missing. the noise from the street was also quite disruptive , it made it hard to sleep properly.

there was no vegan food in the restaurant. i left my room at 9:30am and didn't return until 3pm, yet my room was not serviced. for ÂŁ180 per night with no breakfast (again, nothing vegan) this wasn't really acceptable. the hotel is noticeably tired and could do with a coat of paint.

The location of the hotel is central.
The room had an electrical issue. The staff had attempted a repair. The lights switched off at 1:30 AM, turning off the air conditioning. The reaction from reception during checkout was subpar. There was no apology for this inconvenience.

the room i stayed in was spacious and very well appointed it had a large bed that gave me a wonderful night's sleep the ensuite bathroom was perfect too breakfast was a real treat. i appreciated the freshly prepared dishes they were very tasty the check in process was efficient i found it refreshing. i also got great tourist suggestions from the gentleman checking me in
i experienced a slight issue with the blinds in my room i could not close them as they were in the eaves and too high for me to reach it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting

The staff offered really good service and communication. I felt welcomed at every interaction. i found the breakfast team particularly attentive and efficient. the rooms feature comfortable bedding and are well-equipped with modern amenities. the hotel's convenient location allows easy access to the town center and surrounding areas.
I did notice that some of the furniture looked slightly worn. It would benefit from updating.

My arrival included an instant upgrade to a beautiful double room. That was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean. I was very happy with it! The bathroom included both a shower and a bath, providing all necessary amenities. I was allowed to leave my bags with reception after checkout. This gave me time to explore the town.
The bed was too soft. I felt there were not enough pillows provided. The shower had a slow drip, and the towel radiator in the bathroom did not work well. That was a minor inconvenience.
